Experience with residential services can be hit or miss. Most are decent to good, some are disappointing, but only rarely do I encounter service that goes well beyond expectations. Brent gave me an over the phone quote to strip and re-wax 300 square feet of kitchen floor. When he arrived, he discovered that the work was far, far more than he expected due to many, many coats of hardened wax laid down over the years. Brent initially estimated 3-4 hours of work. Instead, it took him TWO FULL DAYS to get it done. Although he clearly lost money on this job, he never complained, never cut corners, worked on the smallest of details until he was satisfied, and never tried to charge more than his over the phone quote. Now we have a kitchen floor that looks brand new! Exceptional, exceptional service and professionalism. I'll only call Brent from now on for all my flooring needs. I'd give him more than 5 stars if I could!

Brent Stover was absolutely fantastic. He was so professional, honest and very knowledgeable of his products. His pricing was very competitive. I interviews several companies and I chose Brent because I could tell he was honest. Can't say enough about how happy I am with the results. He cleaned my wood floors, travertine and tile.
